Since baby is still too small, but is growing fast in mommy’s tummy, s/he still can’t get words spread out, but there are things s/he wants us to get her, so I should start making a list and hope that some of our nice family members will see it and decide to make our lives a little bit easier by shortening the list.
1. A camera - baby wants her life documented, from the very beginning so we need a nice digital camera to be able to do that.
2. Dishwasher - well I know, you would say that we will need to wait at least 15 years baby to grow up to figure out how to use one, but really, this is because baby wants to spend lots of time with mommy and mommy won’t have time to wash her dishes by hands.
3. DVD player - yes, baby wants her mommy and daddy to be relaxed around her, so from time to time, her parents will need to watch a movie.
4. New desktop computer x2 - one for mommy and one for daddy. Yes, baby doesn’t want mommy and daddy to be mad and nervous since their computers became very slow and are ancient old, so s/he wants them to have new, speedy ones.
5. New laptop for mommy - when mommy becomes big (and this will happen in no time, trust me), she won’t be able to sit in front of her desktop computer very often, so she will need new laptop to be able to update her blog and let people know of baby’s growth.
6. New comfy desktop chair - yes, this is a must for a mommy. Baby doesn’t want mommy to have back pain.
To be continued…

That’s how my friend Sara calls me these days. Well, it’s kind of true, as I am temporary fostering 2 little hamsters in my house. Well, since an hour ago, that was true. Now, I’m fostering at least 6-7 of them, as female hamster just became a mom, which makes me a grandma, Sara said.
The strangest thing is that female hamster was sold to us as male, and male one as female, and since few days ago, we were sure that male is pregnant. Yeah, weird.
Anyway, I really hope they all will be fine. The female is eating and is active, so I guess that’s a good sign.

Serbian representatives won this year’s Eurovision Song Contest. I used to love this festival quite much when I was a kid. Lately, in last few years, I watch it only for sentimental reasons.
I’m not much into Serbian music, but this song sounds quite good. From music and lyrics to backup vocals and the girl who sings it (Marija Ĺ erifović) has quite a strong voice.
I only managed to watch few other countries and from what I’ve seen, it seems that lots of them relied on scenography or choreography, trying to do something completely different which is quite hard nowadays.
Anyway, compliments to the winning girl.
Whoever would like to see what I am talking about, here is a youtube video and a multilingual version.

I finally managed to get new monitor. I got myself nice LG, 19″ black LCD, model L1900J with red LED light. At first I was hesitant to get the model with LED light thinking it might be annoying to have that light on all the time, but in fact it looks kind of cool
.
Some of its features are:
Contrast Ratio - DFC 2000:1
Response Time - 4ms GTG
Viewing Angle - 170/170
Aspect Ratio - 4:3
Resolution - 1280×1024
So far I’m greatly satisfied with the choice. I highly recommend it to all.

I’m lazy, so kill me. I bought this domain like a year ago. I was in the mood to start blogging and it sounded perfect. However, I had million amazing excuses not to do so.
Firstly, I couldn’t decide which blog software to use. I tried textpattern, looked at TypePad, Nucleus, bBlog, even considered writing my own one. That lasted for months. Yes, I have a life, pardon moi, and this wasn’t and isn’t the first thing on my list of priorities. So anyway, I finally decided to go with Wordpress. Stereotypical? So what?! Wordpress has great support, its code is clean, writing plugins is extremely easy and finally, I love it.
Next reason for delaying putting this blog live was the fact that I didn’t like any of the existing themes. I wanted my own one. It took me some time to dive into web design, Photoshop, xhtml, css and stuff. I’m a programmer, I don’t do design. Few months later, I came up with what you see now as my theme. This page still doesn’t validate. It has one single error which is a mystery to me. I know why it doesn’t validate, but I can’t figure out where does hidden field within search form comes from.
To cut the long story short, this blog is finally up. I will change some small things here and there; install more plugins over the time, but basically what you see is what you get.
